Is the SwimVest Mk. 1 a certified PFDs ?

No. It is however a Buoyancy Aid (as defined by rules ISO 12402-5), and is intended for use by people above 10 years of age that know how to swim. It is recommend to used while swimming as it provides a new level of security, but it does not replace common sense or a certified lifejacket. Safe practices should be followed.

How do I replace the cartridge of my SwimVest?

It's easy as ABCs. Remove the back cover of the shell, unscrew the spent cartridge and screw in a new cartridge. Follow our guide here for more details

How can I know which size fits me?

Please check our sizing guide - it shows the equivalent in US/EU sizing as well as cm. If you're still unsure on what size to choose, please e-mail us at info@hexoray.com

I'm in-between sizes, what is your recommendation?

Best to go one size up and adjust the SwimVest to fit neatly. Refer
to our sizing guide for more information or write to us and we'll help you choose.

How should I wash my Swim Vest?

You should rinse it with clean water. Add light soap if you must.
The airbag, the cartridge and the UML mechanism are all ISO certified and rust
resistant.

Shipping, orders and returns

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

E-mail us at support@hexoray.com as soon as possible, to see if we
can fix that. However, if your order as already shipped, it won't be possible
to change.

Can I cancel my order after I placed it?

No. We work hard to ship to you as quickly as possible, so the best
way will be to go through standard return.

How much tax will I have to pay?

You will be taxed according to your local tax regulations.
